Redirect your pleasures to a productive pursuit, the same brain chemicals (dopamine and serotonin) will get released.
Examples of pleasures to redirect::
Music Detrimental to Productivity/ Alcohol/ Drugs/ Gambling/ Foods that are: Cooked, Processed or from Animals (Meat, Milk or Eggs)/ Video Games/ TV/ Internet Browsing/ Hot Showers/ Procrastination/ Non-Essential Shopping, Excessive Sensual Pleasures.
